• A personalised service to provide you with a regular domestic cleaner: once, twice or three times a week. 

• No deposits 

• No contract to tie you in 

• Most cleaners will happily do ironing 

• My clients come to me wanting the same dedicated cleaner they are happy with on a regular basis and my cleaners want regular clients. 

• I remain the point of contact throughout so handle anything that arises, sickness, if you or your cleaner is running late, etc 

• We don’t do one off cleans, deep cleans (unless you’re already a client), end of tenancy cleans etc. 

• I find you a cleaner who lives as local to you as possible 

• We agree on a time and day that suits everyone 

• You provide equipment/cleaning products of your choice 

• If for any reason you feel it’s not a good match, you let me know and I find you another 

• If they go on holiday or are sick, I endeavour to find you cover (if reasonable notice is provided)

• By having your own dedicated cleaner you will be able to specify which jobs are done on a weekly basis and which jobs are done on a rotational basis. This enables you to receive a service that is tailored to your needs. 

• You pay your cleaner directly and I charge a small hourly fee (this is invoiced monthly)
