Lisa has been an absolute godsend since we moved to the area. She has sourced excellent cleaners quickly and efficiently, to suit our needs. She has also been able to find people for ad-hoc additional work, which is really helpful on occasion!
When our cleaner has been away or moved on for whatever reason, she has smoothed the transition and found a replacement quickly. I know sometimes people don't like the idea of an 'agency', but with Lisa we feel it's a really personal service, and she prioritises finding one cleaner who comes every week; but on the other hand is able to provide total reliability for holiday cover or changing circumstances.
